New additions to the Café Bar and Gym
Nirvana Fitness are currently looking into putting new breakfast style dinning tables at the top end of the bar in place of the settees located at the top end of the bar. This will make it easier for people to eat more formly, but they can still choose to sit causally on the coaches and eat their food.
You may have also noticed that we have added two new machines to the gym in the weights section.these are the Smith machine and the Pull up and Dip bar. The Smith machine is ideal for people who like to have a .spot. when they are doing weights, as the Smith machine will hold the weights where they are when you flick your wrist gently.
The Pull up bar can be used for pull ups which will work out your biceps and latisimus dorsi and the Dip bar can be used for tricep dips which works out your triceps and a small part of your chest.
We would like to hear feedback from you on your thoughts of the possibility of new breakfast style dinning tables in the bar and also on the new equipment in the gymnasium. Simply tell us at reception.
