Body Training System Classes are pumping up
Exciting things are happening for Em and her Body Training Systems Classes as they continue to grow from strength to strength and are becoming increasingly popular. This has become apparent with a new addition to the powerful workouts of Body Training Systems with Body Balance being introduced.
During a successful open day, where members and non-members a like thoroughly enjoyed the new class, Body Balance was launched and has since then joined the popularity ranks of its sister classes, Body Pump, Body Combat, Body Attack and Body Jam. Body Balance combines Yoga, T’ai Chi and Pilates that will leave you feeling long, strong, centered and calm.
It is scheduled on Mondays at 10.30am, Wednesday at 7.00pm and Thursdays at 9.15am and takes place with fully qualified Body Training Systems instructor Em.
