Jessica Athorn – Fitness Instructor

My passion is fitness and I am excited that I have had the opportunity to make my passion into my career. I completed regularly in athletics throughout school and taught dancing locally. I completed my Level 2 Gym Instructing in 2013. From there I have qualified in Zumba, Spinning and have recently completed Level 3 Personal Training, Gym instructing and Nutrition.

Classes I currently teach include: Zumba, Spinning, Stretch And Tone, and Junior Gym.





Hannah Jayne Dennis-Roest – Fitness Instructor

I started working at Nirvana Fitness in 2015. Since my time here I have gained qualifications in Level 2 Fitness Instructing and Level 3 personal Training including Level 3 Nutrition. I am also currently studying Level 3 Education And Training to become a Tutor Assessor. Resulting in me being able to tutor and mentor students starting out in the fitness industry.

Classes I currently teach include: Spinning and HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training).
