Circuit training is an efficient and challenging form of conditioning. It works well for developing strength, endurance (both aerobic and anaerobic), flexibility and coordination.
Its versatility has made it popular with the general public right through to elite athletes. For sports men and women, it can be used during the closed season and early pre-season to help develop a solid base of fitness and prepare the body for more stressful subsequent training.
The class involves gym based exercises using cardio and resistance systems to achieve the goal you are looking for.
The class underwent a successful introduction day on Monday 18th August and since then has been steadily gathering attention and has acquired additional time slots. Circuit training involves a steady motivational workout designed to burn excess fat, build bone density and increase muscle tonicity.
The class is open to everyone with a desire to keep healthy and fit. All takes place in the Upstairs Aerobics Studio. It takes place with Nirvana Fitness newest gym instructor Dwayne who we would like to welcome to the team.
